# Share with other tenants

Tenant sharing lets members of another organization on the same platform use your app. You can name specific tenants or grant access to all tenants. These options are separate from anonymous Share links and Public app access.

## Share with a specific tenant

1. Open **Settings → Sharing** in the owning app's workspace.
2. Under **Share with specific tenants**, enter the tenant's URL name: the tenant segment used in its links.
3. Choose **Add**.
4. Check the tenant appears in the grant list.
5. Send the app address to its members. They must sign in using the intended tenant account.

Choose **Remove** on a tenant's row to remove that grant. The action removes the organization-wide grant, rather than one person's access. An invalid or unknown tenant name must be corrected before a grant can be added.

## Share with every tenant

Enable **Share with all tenants** when every organization on this platform should be able to use the app while signed in. The specific-tenant list remains stored but is inactive as an additional restriction while all-tenants sharing is on.

Turning all-tenants sharing off restores the practical effect of the stored specific-tenant list. Review that list when narrowing access: tenants left on it still have a grant.

## What recipients receive

Recipients use the owning app and its exposed data; they do not receive a cloned app or ownership of its dependencies. Sharing does not allow them to manage the app's definition, parameters, deployment, or grants. Owner review actions remain restricted even when the app is shared.

A signed-in visitor who sees **You don't have access to this app** should check their current account and switch accounts if necessary. A revoked or unavailable anonymous address can instead show not found; this does not by itself prove the app was deleted.

If you intend to revoke access entirely, inspect Team access, Share links, and Public app too. Independent modes can keep the app accessible after one tenant grant is removed. See [Sharing](/docs/apps/sharing).
