# Manage conversations in History

History contains conversations from both the Assistant page and page panels. Open it from the Assistant's History control. A panel's compact history focuses on conversations for that page; **All conversations** opens the broader history.

## Find and continue

Search for a recognisable part of the conversation title. Use a page-family filter to narrow panel conversations, such as Workflows or Connections. An origin badge identifies the page where a conversation began.

Open a conversation to inspect its transcript. **Continue here** uses the full Assistant page. **Continue on page** returns to the original page with the panel open. If the original item is no longer available, use the full Assistant and identify a new target.

## Rename and delete

Rename a conversation to something you will recognise later, such as “Invoice mapping — May supplier files”. Deleting a conversation removes it from history. It does not undo changes made through that conversation, delete its apps, or cancel already submitted workflow runs.

Start a new conversation when you want a separate task or a clean context. Retain a conversation when it contains useful decisions or an operation you still need to inspect.

## Keyboard behaviour

In History, Escape clears an active search first, then resets a filter, then closes the view. This lets you broaden results without leaving History. The standard launcher and Assistant shortcuts continue to work in their applicable contexts.

## If a conversation appears to be missing

Clear search and filters, check that you are in the right organisation and account, and check the full history rather than only the current page's list. A conversation link does not give another account access to your history.
