Platform
Data in. Work done.
One platform to connect your sources, process them with AI, run the workflows and put an app in front of your team.
Contact SalesVisibility
See every workflow. Inspect every step.
One view of everything that runs, and every run open to inspection, from the first record in to the last one written back.
Design
Draw it on the canvas.
Drag in the steps, connect them and set each one up. Intake, extraction, reporting, monitoring and search are all built from the same steps.
Document extraction
Contracts, policy schedules and tender files land in a folder and come out as structured records, every value linked to the page it came from.
Scheduled reporting
The numbers are pulled, summarized and sent on schedule, for the portfolio team to review before sharing.
Monitoring
Your sources are watched around the clock, and only what needs a person raises a hand.
Search and answer
A question comes in, the right passages are found, and a sourced answer goes back to where it was asked.
Or just ask
Describe it. Agents build it.
Don’t want to design it yourself? Ask an agent to build it, then refine it on the canvas.

Triggers
Work starts the way it already does.
By hand
Someone starts it from the app or the canvas.
On a schedule
Every hour, every Monday, at the end of the month.
When a file arrives
A new file in a watched folder starts the work.
When a record changes
A new or updated record sets the next step going.
From an API call
Your own systems start a run and pass it inputs.
Control
Runs at any scale, safely.
Run one workflow or tens of thousands of operations at once. Every workflow is tested before it goes live, and every version is kept so you can roll back.

Your processes become apps. Your team gets its time back.
Connect the documents, inboxes and tools you already use. Strive builds the application around your review process, and the work runs through it from then on.
A common example
Review credit terms and covenants in one app
Connect the documents and describe the job. Strive builds the application, with every value linked to the page it came from.
Security
Security your IT team will sign off on.
SOC 2 Type II audited controls, encryption everywhere, single sign-on and role-based access. Your data never trains a model.

Controls
Encryption
Encryption runs on every layer, built on Google Cloud's security controls. Data is encrypted at rest with keys held in Google Cloud KMS, and every connection is encrypted in transit, including traffic between our own services. The credentials your connections use are encrypted too, and never appear in an app.
- At rest
- AES-256, on Google Cloud.
- Keys
- Held and managed in Google Cloud KMS.
- In transit
- TLS on every connection into the platform.
- Inside the platform
- Traffic between our own services is encrypted too.
- Connection credentials
- Stored encrypted and entered through secure forms. Never shown in apps.
- Exported apps
- Credentials are left out.
No training on your data
Your data is never used to train AI models, and the AI services we use don’t train on it either: we use them on enterprise terms that exclude training. A data processing addendum makes our commitment contractual, and you decide how long your data is kept.
- AI model training
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- AI services
- Used on enterprise terms, so they don’t train on your data either.
- In writing
- A data processing addendum makes it a contractual commitment.
- Retention
- You decide how long your data is kept.
Single sign-on
People sign in with the identity provider you already use: Google, Microsoft, Okta, or any provider that supports SAML or OpenID Connect. Their groups map to roles in Strive, so the right access follows them in. Systems connect with API keys.
- Providers
- Google, Microsoft, Okta, and any provider that supports SAML or OpenID Connect.
- Protocols
- SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Roles
- Groups in your identity provider map to roles in Strive.
- Systems
- API keys.
- Rate limits
- Requests are limited for each organization.
Role-based access
Role-based access control: each person has a role, and the role decides which apps, data and actions they can use. The Assistant works with the same access as the person using it, so it can only see and do what they can.
- Roles
- Assigned to each person, or mapped from groups in your identity provider.
- Apps and data
- A role decides which apps, records and actions a person can use.
- The Assistant
- It has the same access as the person using it, no more.
- Changes it proposes
- They wait for someone with the right role to approve them.
- Actions that cost money
- They ask for confirmation first.
- Organizations
- Each organization's data is kept separate.
Questions
What people ask about the platform.
Is our data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each organization's data is kept apart at the database level, and apps and code run in isolated containers.
We don't want to build apps. Can it just work?
Yes. We can map the process with you, build the workflows and the app, and hand your team something that already does the job. If your team wants to change it later, they can do that themselves, or ask us, or a bit of both.
What does it cost?
Every agreement is scoped with your team, around the workflows you run, the pages they read and where Strive runs, and signed once a year. Runs are unlimited.
What happens when a run fails?
Each step has its own retries with backoff, timeout and error policy, and the run shows the error at the step where it happened. Point the Assistant at a failed run. It reads the run history, explains the problem and proposes a fix.
Which AI models can we use?
Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and other providers that support the OpenAI API, or models you host yourself. AI for chat, summaries and agent steps is billed at the volume rates in your agreement, or use your own key and model costs go straight to your account with the vendor.
What can it connect to?
Built-in connectors cover Google Drive, Amazon S3, PostgreSQL, Slack, Gmail, Notion and more. A tool that is not listed can connect through its API or an MCP server. Every workspace also includes a database, a file store, a vector store and web search, ready without setup.
Which document-heavy job would you hand over first?
Bring one process you want to improve and the information behind it. We build the first version with you in the session, so the first thing you see is your own work, running.
