Processing concurrency is per user: Basic 1 file, Solo 5, Business 10, Enterprise 10 at a time. Workspaces are not capped. Business seats, credit allowances, and services are confirmed in your agreement. Enterprise discounts and terms are contract-specific. Provider availability and model access vary by plan and connected key.
On Basic and Solo, buy a $20 or $50 top-up, or enable optional auto-refill with a saved card. Business and Enterprise additions follow your billing arrangement.
Basic’s welcome credits and purchased top-ups don’t expire. Unused monthly allowance can roll into the next period, capped at the next grant; that rollover then expires.
Basic and Solo are for one person. Business adds shared workspaces and organization tools. Enterprise adds single sign-on, a dedicated identity realm, and negotiated terms.
