Edit documents and keep every version

The document viewer now has an edit mode, so a typo or a misread line can be fixed where you see it. Every save keeps the version before it, and you can switch between versions or export any of them. Scanned pages are also read properly now, so documents that started life on paper work just as well as ones that were born digital.
