Spreadsheets and Word tables, read as tables

Tables inside Excel workbooks, CSV files, Word documents and web pages are now read as proper rows and columns instead of a block of text, so the structure you already had survives the trip into Strive. That means far less tidying up before the data is useful, and documents with long tables produce a row for every entry.
