Contract audit

Agents check every contract against your playbook, clause by clause. Your legal team reviews the deviations beside the source text and decides what to redline or accept.

Your playbook

Your position, clause by clause.

Set the position your team expects and how serious a departure is. The agents check the whole contract set against the same rules.

A flagged clause is a review item. Your legal team decides whether to accept the deviation or send the edit.

Questions

What people ask about contract audit.

Can we use our own contract playbook?

Yes. You choose the terms it pulls out, and it compares them with the positions in your own playbook.

Does our legal team have to build the app?

No. We can set up the review around your playbook and hand your team an app ready to use. Your team can adjust a clause check later or ask us to.

Can reviewers check the source text?

Yes. Extracted values are cited to their pages. A review queue can put each value beside the passage it came from so a person can approve or edit it.

Are our contracts used to train models?

No. Your documents and results are never used to train a model, and a data processing addendum backs that.

Can we host it in our own environment?

Yes. Strive runs in our cloud, or in your own VPC on AWS, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud, or on your own Kubernetes cluster.

Which document-heavy job would you hand over first?

Bring one process you want to improve and the information behind it. We build the first version with you in the session, so the first thing you see is your own work, running.
