Manage multiple apps at once

Start, stop, restart, or move selected owned apps to Trash.

The Apps list supports bulk lifecycle actions for eligible apps you own. Use search and status filters to find the relevant group before selecting it. Bulk actions operate on selected visible, loaded cards; they do not silently apply to every app in the tenant.

Select and act

  1. Open Apps and narrow the list if needed.
  2. Select the checkboxes on actionable owned cards.
  3. Use Select all in the selection controls when you want the available visible set.
  4. Review the selected apps and their current states.
  5. Choose Start, Stop, Restart, or Move to Trash as appropriate.
  6. Read the accepted/success and failure summaries, then inspect any affected cards.

Teammate-shared cards are view-and-use entries and do not offer owner mutation menus or join a bulk management selection. Apps being deleted or restored cannot accept conflicting actions.

Eligibility follows state

Start applies to apps with no sandbox or a stopped/failed sandbox. Stop applies to running or transitioning sandboxes. Restart applies to running apps and sequences a completed stop before a start. Strive does not start over a stop whose terminal outcome is still unknown.

Because each action applies only to its eligible subset, selecting five cards does not necessarily mean five will be restarted. An action with no eligible app is disabled. Read the resulting summary to see how many eligible requests succeeded or failed.

Move to Trash

Bulk Move to Trash asks for confirmation. The selected apps stop serving and public access stops; exclusive workflows are disabled during retention. Resources remain restorable until the retention date.

A batch can partly succeed. Failed entries remain available for retry. If consumer dependencies block some apps, the summary names the affected producers; use each card's menu to open its detailed consumer work list, repair or remove the consuming sources, and retry.

Individual controls

Use a card's More actions for Start/Wake, Stop, Restart, Edit, Open, or Move to Trash when that state supports the action. Open is offered for running or sleeping on-demand apps with a usable address. The inline Start/Wake route takes you to the workspace so you can watch readiness.
