Documents
Upload, read, extract, revise, and review documents with traceable source evidence.
Strive turns documents into readable content and structured information while keeping the distinction between a source file, extracted text, proposed values, and accepted results clear. Use document Apps to upload files, inspect originals, search within a document, generate structured fields or tables, and review their supporting passages.
From file to result
Upload a file through the App's File Upload control, or import a snapshot from connected storage. An intake acknowledgement confirms that the file was accepted. Processing, extraction, and indexing can continue afterward. Read each file's feedback before treating a batch as complete.
The document reader can display original pages or extracted text. Search within the reader to find relevant passages. A citation can open a specific source location, but the reader also reports when it can only land approximately or at a broader page or document location.
Use an extraction profile to describe the kind of document and expected fields, or start a contextual table draft from explicitly selected sources. Review the proposed columns, values, unresolved states, and evidence. The draft is separate from the saved table until you explicitly accept it.
Changes do not silently rewrite evidence
A captured source is independent of the mutable original. Editing or replacing the current document does not turn old evidence into proof of newly extracted or manually edited values. Saved table updates require an explicit review and acceptance process.
Managed documents also provide immutable revisions and revision-bound deletion approvals. Their deletion receipt confirms logical deletion and queued cleanup; it is not a certificate that every physical byte was erased immediately.
Choose upload and processing, reader and search, profiles, citations, or revisions for the relevant part of the lifecycle.
