Find and filter workflows

Locate workflows by name, status, trigger, type, or connection.

The Workflows list is the starting point for finding, running, and managing workflows you can access. Its status indicators help distinguish an active process from one that is idle, disabled, failed, or has never run.

Narrow the list

  1. Open Workflows.
  2. Enter part of a workflow's name in the search field.
  3. Use the Status filter to narrow by execution or enabled state.
  4. Use Trigger to distinguish manually started, scheduled, and event-driven workflows.
  5. Use Type to distinguish custom workflows from connector-sync workflows.
  6. Clear the filters to return to the complete list.

Filters combine. For example, selecting Disabled and Manual shows workflows that satisfy both conditions. A filter can make a workflow disappear from view without deleting it. Check the active filters before assuming a workflow is missing.

Long lists load additional rows as you scroll. The number of rows currently visible is not necessarily the full inventory. Sorting and filtering are more reliable than scanning only the first screen.

Read status in context

A disabled workflow and a failed run describe different things. Disabled indicates that the workflow is not enabled for normal operation. Failed indicates an execution problem. A never-run workflow can still have a complete saved definition. Open the workflow to inspect its run history before deciding whether it needs repair.

From a connection's workflow view, you can inspect workflows that reference that connection. Use this before changing credentials or replacing a source. A workflow can reference a connection in more than one step; inspect the definition to understand all uses.

Manage the result set

Use a row's available actions for an individual workflow. Select multiple rows to enable, disable, or delete them together. Review the selection count before applying a bulk action, particularly after changing filters. Access permissions determine which actions appear.

If a workflow is missing, clear search and filters, check that you are in the correct workspace, and confirm your access. A related app can belong to another member even when its workflow is visible to you. See lifecycle management.
