Notifications and attention items
Follow workspace changes through the bell, full inbox, and linked items.
Notifications help you follow connection changes, workflow runs, app lifecycle operations, sharing changes, and other workspace activity. The bell provides a compact view; Notifications opens the full inbox.
Read a notification
Open the bell and choose an item to visit the related app, connection, workflow, or run. If an item has no linked resource, it opens its own detail view. Severity and time help you distinguish information, success, warnings, and failures.
The bell is a recent-items view. Use Show all or the Notifications page for older items, and Load more when offered. The inbox displays totals and unread state. Some local failures appear under This session; these session messages are not a permanent audit archive.
Reading is not resolving
Opening or marking a notification read changes its unread state. It does not repair a failed run, reconnect a service, or stop an app. Follow the linked resource and complete the required action there.
An organisation-wide notification can be dismissed for you without removing it from colleagues' inboxes. Updates to a grouped notification can make newer information unread even if you read an earlier state.
Linked item unavailable
A notification can outlive its target. If Strive says the linked item is no longer available, it can have been deleted or become inaccessible. The notification's message is historical information, not continuing permission to open the target.
Live delivery
Notifications update while the workspace is connected. A disconnected or stale-stream banner means new delivery may be delayed. Reconnect or refresh and check the underlying operation before treating a missing toast as failure. See live updates.
