Review and accept a table draft

Inspect columns, previews, and evidence before saving a new table or refresh.

A table draft is a saved review candidate. It remains separate from the active table until you explicitly choose Create table for a new table or Apply changes for a refresh.

Review the views

Use Columns to inspect the proposed field definitions and types. Use Preview to inspect rows and values. Select a cell to open its Evidence, then read the captured document and supporting passage.

Check missing and unresolved values as well as successful values. A blank or null value is not automatically zero, false, or proof that a term does not exist. Review the reason and source context.

Refine the schema

Removing or reordering existing proposed columns can update the review without another model call. Those changes preserve the retained values and evidence for the kept columns.

Changing a field's definition or type, or adding a new meaning-bearing field, requires a fresh extraction preview. Strive captures the selected current documents again for that new contract. The earlier preview remains intact if the replacement fails or is cancelled before readiness.

Accept precisely the reviewed revision

Acceptance saves the table schema, rows, source basis, and receipt together. For a refresh, the target table's schema and data revisions must still match the revisions admitted for the draft. A conflicting edit causes refusal rather than silently overwriting a newer table.

An acceptance response can be lost even when saving succeeded. Reopen the exact draft and inspect its saved receipt before trying again. A replay of the recorded acceptance does not recreate a later-deleted table or overwrite rows manually edited afterward.

After acceptance, open the saved table and inspect representative rows and their evidence. See refresh and conflicts and origin.
