Fix access and sign-in problems
Diagnose the wrong account, expired session, unavailable resources, and missing authority.
Confirm which identity and organisation are active in Profile. Similar app names in different workspaces can hide an account mismatch.
A page asks you to sign in
Complete the workspace's normal sign-in flow. A protected destination should be retained across authentication. If the authentication recovery page appears, Retry rather than repeatedly opening another window.
Public app access is deliberate and limited. Opening a public app does not give you access to its owner's app management, private data browser, or review ledger.
Access denied
Check the role required for the particular action and whether you own the resource. Sharing an app for use is different from sharing its management. An Assistant tool can require more authority than an equivalent manual control.
A connection also depends on the external account's permission to its target. Reauthorising the wrong provider account will not grant access to a folder that account cannot see.
Not found
The resource can have been deleted, moved out of its recoverable lifecycle, or become inaccessible. Strive does not always distinguish another person's private resource from a nonexistent one. Ask the owner to check sharing instead of guessing identifiers.
A control is missing
Some sections depend on app type: Parameters needs declared template parameters, and Versions depends on the app's supported version features. An inactive optional capability can also remove a step from authoring. Check the feature's prerequisites before treating the missing control as a visual defect.
For repeated failures, provide support with the page, time, account organisation, and error category. Never include a password, access key, or bearer share link.
