Manage multiple connections

Test, revoke, or delete selected connections and handle partial success.

Select connections in the list to reveal the available bulk actions. Check the selected count and identities before continuing, especially after searching or filtering the list. Bulk actions operate on the selected connections, rather than every connection that happens to share a service name.

Test a selection

Bulk Test runs the connection check for each selected item and reports the aggregate outcome. Review any failures individually. One success does not establish that the other selected connections work, and a partial failure does not undo successful tests.

Use this after a provider outage, a credential rotation exercise, or a workspace access review. Reconnect OAuth or update credentials on the affected connections instead of repeatedly testing a known authorization failure.

Revoke or delete a selection

Bulk Revoke clears stored credentials for the selected connections after confirmation. Bulk Delete permanently removes the selected connections and performs the applicable resource cleanup. Read the confirmation's workspace and selected count before approving either operation.

A bulk request can partly succeed. The result reports how many completed and how many failed. Inspect the remaining connections before trying again; do not assume the entire selection rolled back because one operation failed. A successful deletion cannot be restored by cancelling a later retry.

Prepare for the impact

Open the referencing workflows for each important connection before revoking or deleting it. Scheduled workflows can continue attempting to use a connection after its access is removed. Change those workflows if they should stop running.

For a temporary stop to one automation, adjust that workflow rather than revoking unrelated users of a shared connection. Review revoke and delete for the lifecycle difference and connection testing for diagnosing individual failures.
